Hi, fancy a day out at the Great Wall of China! Yes? Then why don’t you join us!
We’ll pick you up between 7:30AM-8:00AMin your hotel lobby.After a drive of approximately1½-2hours we’ll explore the Underground Palace together. Here the one we will visit, is the mausoleum of Emperor Zhu Yijun and his two empresses with a 27 meters deep underground palace in it, which is the only one excavated in thirteen tombs. When you enter into the palace, you could really feel the supreme power of the emperor and their luxurious life style in ancient China.
After we’ve seen all there is to see there, we’ll lunch at the Jade Art Restaurant. After lunch we’ll walk the Great Wall (or some of it) at Mutianyu. his less-crowded section of the Great Wall is a about 2.5 hours' drive from downtown Beijing. Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather
If we survive, on the way back we’ll fit in special Beijing shopping for 30 minutes.
If you’re really good we’ll even drop you off at your hotel.
